Alectinib acts through ALK and RET, involved mainly in survival and proliferation, while brigatinib acts also through ALK and FLT3, IGF1R, and EGFR, signaling through overlapping intracellular mechanisms affecting cell survival and proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis and migration.
